GUYS, GET HOLD OF YOUR BALLS!

Yep, there’s a new social media trend gaining steam: It’s called the “Crotch Grab Challenge,” LOL  and it’s already popular among celebrities like Hugh Jackman, Will Arnett, and Ricky Gervais.
The stars are challenging each other to grab their balls and take a photo, with the intention of raising awareness for testicular cancer—and to remind guys to inspect their own BALLS.
The challenge was launched back in August by the Check One Two group, an organization whose mission is to “get everyone checking their love grenades,” according to their site.
Though testicular cancer is the most common cancer among men ages 15 to 35, it’s also one of the most treatable and survivable kinds, according to the National Cancer Institute. In the last 5 years, 95 percent of men diagnosed with testicular cancer survived.
But to beat it, you’ll need to find it first. The Testicular Cancer Foundation recommends performing a monthly self-exam in a hot shower. Gently roll each testicle between your thumb and fingers, feeling for any hard lumps, smooth or rounded bumps, or changes in size and shape. If you notice something unusual, tell your doctor ASAP!
PLS, KINDLY CHECK GRAB YOUR BALLS AND TAKE A SHOT, DONT FORGET TO SHARE THE PIX!  CHEERS.
