DOG RAPPING- PRISON OR PYSCHIATRIST?

James Guy Bull, a 62-year-old Florida, Unites States of America man, will spend the next 5 years in prison for consecutively raping his 8-months old dog named Coco

 
my question is should the man be improsioned or sent to a pyschiatrist for help?
